We start offering yoga classes on our first floor: lots of daylight in a warm and cosy space.
There are different teachers so you can see who fits your needs best.
After the 11:00-12:00 classes you can enjoy vegan breakfast, food, juices, coffee and tea downstairs.

Adarsh is an authorised Ashtanga Teacher (KPAYI Level 2), Anatomy Teacher and Bodyworker. He directed the Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Palo Alto, California specializing in progressive instruction for beginner through advanced levels.
In his classes you can expect individualized, compassionate, and respectful teaching, allowing each practitioner to receive the appropriate attention without any one person getting lost in the crowd of students.
He maintains the exact method of counting vinyasa, dristhi, pranayama, asana, and bandha which form the core techniques of Ashtanga.

Yin Yoga is slow-paced style and meditative style of yoga. You will be laying in the poses for a longer period of time, so the deep connective tissues will be stretched and lengthened. After Yin Yoga you will feel more calm and relaxed, and you have refilled your energy for the rest of your day.

Yoga has many health benefits and provides more peace and balance in your life. This has been researched a lot and is also evident from the experiences of our members. Already with one lesson a week you can experience subtle or clearly noticeable changes. You don't have to have any experience with Yoga to participate!
Yoga floaty? Not at all! My lessons are very accessible and focused on how you can benefit most from it. Yoga does have a rich history which sometimes comes up in the lessons when it serves the lesson.
