We at Cafe Lust Groningen offer three course catering plans.
All the meal plans are vegan adaptations of cultural classics.
Parmigiana di Melanzane
This beautiful dish of layers of meaty aubergines baked in a sweet and herby tomato sauce and topped with "cheese" is an Italian classic and it’s poetically known as ‘parmigiana di melanzane‘.
Panzanella
Classic panzanella is a rustic Italian bread salad made with cubes of stale bread that is tossed with juicy tomatoes, lots of basil and vegetables, drizzled with olive oil.
The moisture from the tomatoes and vegetables gently softens the stale bread, while still keeping it's texture.
